Shipping Info

All U.S. orders will receive FREE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING. This does not apply to Canada and International shipments. Specific shipping costs to countries located outside the U.S. will be quoted based on the Shipping Address provided in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page.  

  • Since the response to the Global Pandemic we have experienced some delays in shipping due to logistical limitations caused by COVID19 distancing restrictions. Our warehouse processing orders can take from 2 to 3 days.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your door. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.



Orders must be received by 3:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) Monday­-Thursday / 11:30 am CST Friday and will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Priority Express shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days by 3 pm following the order date; 1 day shipping is available in select locations. Priority Express Mail prices are based on weight and destination. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.


We ship worldwide through the U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail. We offer Flat Rate International Priority Mail shipping. Shipping time will depend upon the destination – up to 10 business days following 3-­5 business days warehouse processing time. International Priority Mail prices are based on weight and destination and will appear as a Shipping Option in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.



Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
